    Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for a stress-free check-in, and to fill out the intake forms if you haven’t done so prior to your arrival. It is highly recommend filling the intake forms PRIOR to your appointment in case there are any contraindications or reasons a treatment requested cannot be safely performed.

    Minors receiving a treatment must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Children are not otherwise permitted.

    Please arrive to your appointment bare-faced without makeup or product. It’s important to assess your skin in its natural state in order to better create a custom plan. If you are coming from work and don’t have time to remove makeup and product beforehand, please arrive a few minutes early.
