BOOKING POLICY

All services require a non-refundable $25 deposit with a credit card on file upon booking in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life happens, and sometimes things are out of our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, or you will be charged up to full price for the service booked. Clients who no-call no-show will be charged full price for the service booked, and risk being refused future services. To cancel or reschedule, call or text 213-618-9618.


LATE POLICY

Out of respect for other guests scheduled, please be advised that if you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified and conclude at the originally scheduled time. If you are running late, please call or text 213-618-9618 right away to verify if there will be enough time to accommodate your service, or if it will need to be rescheduled.


before your visit

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for a stress-free check-in, changing, and to fill out the new client intake forms if you haven’t filled it out prior to your arrival. I highly recommend filling out and returning the new client forms prior to your appointment in case there are any contraindications or reasons a treatment requested cannot be safely performed.

  • There is a private lot for guest parking, as well as ample street parking if the guest lot is full. Please give yourself enough time to park and walk over.

  • Please arrive to your appointment bare-faced without makeup or product on.

  • Children are not permitted in the suite. Minors receiving a treatment must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

  • All services and products are non-refundable.

  • Make a note of any concerns or questions you would like to discuss.

  • Please make us aware of ANY allergies or if you are sensitive to any specific ingredients. If needed, a patch test will be scheduled 24-48hrs in advance to check for any potential reaction.

  • Write down any current products you’re using as well as a general overview of your diet in order to provide as much information as possible. The more information we have to go off of, the better we can design your treatment plan.

  • Discontinue retinol products two weeks before treatment, and prescription grade retinol one month prior to treatment.


AFTER CARE

  • You must be SPF compliant after all facial services to protect your freshly exfoliated skin from the damaging effects of the sun—even if it’s not sunny outside!

  • If you refuse to be SPF compliant for chemical peels, the service will not be performed. Period.

  • Avoid direct sunlight, steam, saunas, excessive heat and sweating

  • Do not exfoliate for 72hours after facial services or waxing

  • 80% of your results are going to come from following a good home care treatment plan. Consistency is key towards making progress.
